About Xiao Jing Vali

Xiao Jing là một chiếc vali vỏ cứng lấy cảm hứng từ những dây da từng được dùng để cố định hành lý khi di chuyển. Phần vỏ mặt trước mang hình lưới nổi gợi nhớ đến những dây đai đan chéo, với họa tiết chữ thập tại mỗi điểm giao nhau tựa như đường chỉ khâu. Kết cấu lưới này cũng giúp gia cố vỏ vali trước áp lực. Lớp vỏ ba lớp mang lại độ bền chắc và khả năng chống mài mòn, còn bề mặt được hoàn thiện bằng công nghệ xử lý chà nhám điện tử. Hệ bánh xe trục trượt giúp di chuyển êm ái và yên tĩnh. Không gian bên trong được chia thành các ngăn riêng biệt dành cho quần áo, đồ vệ sinh cá nhân, giấy tờ và thiết bị điện tử.

Unique Properties: In my childhood , people used to pack up their luggage with leather straps when they traveled, which was a good way to prevent the luggage from breaking up during the trip. This element is applied to the suitcase: the front shape of "#", like straps used to pack up luggage, and the "X" pattern at the intersection is like sewing thread. These unique elements enable this suitcase to be quickly identified among other products during the trip.

Production Technology: The super-sliding bearings not only make it very smooth when moving, but also reduce the noise well. The 3-layers shell has good strength and wear resistance; the surface of the box adopts electronic scrub technology, which has good visual effect and wear resistance; TSA lock is convenient for users and customs officers to use.
Design Challenge: Fashion and retro are often not easy to exist on a product at the same time. We extract the element from previous soft cloth parcels and apply it to hard-shell suitcases, and make it stylish and retro.
Research: As a department of Alibaba, big data provides great help for us to gain accurate insight into the needs of consumers. We can explore the issues that consumers are most concerned about in each dimension: style, color, size, materials, accessories, price and so on. Focus on these problems can satisfy consumers the most.
Inspiration: Sometimes plastic suitcase is squeezed when using. In order to solve this problem, people often use some structures to strengthen it, but usually these functional structures lack beauty. We were inspired by the way people packed before the advent of hard shell suitcases,. The "#" shape structure causes people to recall the past life, which not only satisfies the beauty, but also improves the strength of the box.
Project Duration: It started in December 2017 and finished in May 2018. Now it becomes a series with different colors,sizes,details.
Operation Flow: The internal structure of the box has been adjusted according to the feedback of a large number of users, and a reasonable layout can improve the efficiency of the use of space. Clothes, toiletries, document passports, electronic products, etc., can be stored in separate space according to frequency and habit, and you can easily find what you need soon.
