About Airport New City Sales Office
Airport New City is a sales office interior located in Hangzhou, China. The space covers 1700 square meters and follows a curved design language that matches the surrounding architecture. Rounded forms and soft transitions create a calm atmosphere similar to an art gallery and reduce the visual weight of the dense structural columns. Materials include Spanish glassware, imported microfiber leather, mirror black glass, high-reflectivity stainless steel, straight-grained black oak and neutral gray paint. The result reflects a minimal and future-oriented lifestyle.
ZN DESIGN's Airport New City Sales Office stands as a remarkable exemplar of contemporary parametric interior architecture, representing the sophisticated marriage of computational design methodologies with experiential spatial poetry that has come to define the most ambitious commercial environments of recent decades. The installation appears to engage profoundly with the phenomenological tradition of architecture, where space itself becomes the primary medium of communication rather than mere container for function. The dramatic biomorphic ceiling aperture, with its undulating organic contours traced by integrated LED illumination, suggests an interest in dissolving the conventional boundaries between wall, ceiling, and threshold, creating instead a continuous topological surface that flows through the volume like liquid frozen at the moment of maximum dynamic expression. The suspended chandelier installation, with its constellation of illuminated nodes connected by branching metallic armatures, introduces a counter-rhythm of crystalline precision against the soft curves of the architectural envelope, perhaps evoking neural networks, cosmic structures, or the invisible data flows that characterize contemporary connectivity. The mirror-like floor surface achieves a doubling effect that transforms the space into something approaching the infinite, while the carefully controlled natural light entering through strategically positioned apertures grounds the ethereal composition in the material world of vegetation and sky. One might contemplate how this space choreographs movement and perception, inviting visitors to experience architecture as temporal sequence rather than static object.

- The design of airport new city continues the study of art furnishings of modern aesthetics by ZN Design. Architecture, says Eero Saarinen, is like an open book in which you can see the aspirations of a city. The main case designer, Amy, proposed a curvilinear expression consistent with the language of the space. Surrealism, fluidity, weightlessness and purity of art gallery style are slowly revealed.

The idea is to turn the space into a futuristic and smooth spatial volume and give the space a perception of purity and height of a gallery. Weeken the large area of high-density of pillars in the important area. Reset the space boundary.

The design inspiration comes from the future minimalist lifestyle. It integrates aesthetics of art galleries, smooth dynamics, elegant spatial mobility, minimalist international aesthetics and cross-border cultural tolerance. It brings continuity and vitality between spaces.
