About Epichust Smart Workshop Operation Platform
Epichust is a smart workshop operation platform for industrial production lines. The interface presents the production process in four views: planning, logistics, order traceability and equipment. Each view has its own focus, and switching between views is smooth. Individual production lines are shown through three-dimensional models, so complex indicators become easier to read. Real-time monitoring makes the production status visible and helps users find problems and make quick decisions. The screen layout is prepared at 1920 by 1080 pixels.
The Epichust Smart Workshop Operation Platform by 4Paradigm UED emerges from contemporary traditions of industrial interface design and data visualization, representing a sophisticated synthesis of information architecture principles with three-dimensional spatial representation techniques that have evolved from early computer-aided manufacturing displays into today's immersive operational dashboards. This interface demonstrates remarkable compositional intelligence in its organization of complex operational data within a visually coherent framework, utilizing the isometric projection tradition—with roots extending through architectural rendering conventions and early video game aesthetics—to transform abstract manufacturing processes into comprehensible spatial narratives. The chromatic strategy employs what might be termed a nocturnal operational palette, where deep charcoal grounds and slate blue tonalities reduce visual fatigue during extended monitoring sessions while amber and green accent colors leverage established color psychology principles associating warmth with activity and verdant hues with positive system status. The technical accomplishment evidenced in the seamless integration of multiple data visualization paradigms—from the isometric facility model to the circular gauge indicators and horizontal statistical bars—suggests deep consideration of cognitive load management and information scanning patterns. In terms of chart visualization, attention is paid to data charts that are intuitive, clear and easy to understand.

- Workshop production is an extremely complex and large content process, and users often need to monitor a large number of different types of data panels, when a reasonable classification and page logic focus is particularly important.This product has 4 views: planning, logistics and order traceability, and device, with each level of view having a different presentation focus and a smooth switching experience. In addition, we visualize each specific production line to bring users a comprehensive efficiency and experience improvement.

- The project started in November, 2022 in Beijing and finished in February, 2023 in Beijing.
- Operation Flow
- The product reasonably disassembles the production process according to business logic and presents the production process in four levels of content. Users can view the overall production situation in the overview view and focus on different production stages in 4 views. Each level of view having a different presentation focus and a smooth switching experience. In addition, we visualize each specific production line to bring users a comprehensive efficiency and experience improvement.
- Research
- The product aims to achieve controllable and visible production process. Through multilevel visualization, this product can monitor the status of the production process in real time, helping users to understand the problems in the production process and make quick decisions, thus improving production efficiency. The transparency of the entire production process can also help users to more accurately assess the use of resources in the production process, thus improving production efficiency and quality and laying a solid foundation for long-term corporate development.

- EpicHust smart workshop operation platform is an intelligent production line operation platform with AI and IoT technology as the cornerstone. In this platform, users can further split the production view into multiple views such as planning, logistics, order execution, equipment, etc., providing clear expressions for the presentation of complex indicators. At the same time, the system can realize intelligent scheduling based on production process information and improve the efficiency of closed loop from problem discovery to solution.
