The design of the Guangzhou Zhujiang Tianli Sales Center aims to bridge the gap between art and design, fashion and architecture, creating an experience center that is both functional and artistic. The ambiance of the entire space is crafted through a science-fiction and ultra-futuristic experiential creation, employing thematic compositions to simulate the adventure of time travel. By confronting individuals with the vastness of the universe, it ignites curiosity about the existence of life, thereby creating an immersive experiential space.
Within the evolving landscape of contemporary commercial interior design, this sales center by Zhi Duan emerges as a compelling meditation on threshold experience and sensorial immersion, positioning itself at the intersection of theatrical scenography, luxury hospitality, and experiential retail environments that have increasingly characterized ambitious commercial spaces in recent decades. The designer appears to draw upon multiple visual and conceptual lineages, including the dramatic chiaroscuro of baroque theatrical traditions, the cosmic sublime explored by contemporary light artists, and the material alchemy celebrated in avant-garde furniture and object design. The compositional strategy demonstrates sophisticated understanding of perspectival manipulation, employing the corridor's inherent directionality while amplifying its experiential impact through reflective floor and ceiling surfaces that create vertiginous spatial extension. Particularly noteworthy is the chromatic orchestration balancing cool celestial tones against strategic warm accents, a temperature contrast that activates the space dynamically while maintaining coherent atmospheric unity. The integration of sculptural art objects—the iridescent suspended discs, the undulating terminal wall piece, the organic seating elements—transforms what might have been merely a transitional passage into a gallery-like environment where movement becomes contemplation. - The design of Guangzhou Zhujiang Tianli Sales Centre is created through the theme of interstellar space, using extremely tense material collision and fission, trying to explore more possibilities in the display space in the fast-changing world in a way of sensory interaction between people and space. Different from traditional exhibition space, the design transcends reality and ideals, creating one space after another in a deconstructed way, allowing people to continue to immerse themselves in it and have no time to jump out of it.
