About Krastsvetmet Gifts Souvenir Ingots

Krastsvetmet Gifts is a series of souvenir gold ingots offered as an alternative to a gift of money. Three collections were developed. One collection uses geometric shapes based on abstract painting and Art Nouveau forms. Another collection presents abstract patterns that recall a water surface, tree bark and clouds. The third collection shows the Russian coat of arms and the crown of the Russian Empire and suits corporate gifts. The ingots are made of pure gold and placed in cardboard and plastic packaging. The design adapts to different sizes.

Proektmarketing +1's Souvenir Ingots represents a distinguished achievement in commemorative object design, seamlessly integrating the timeless allure of precious metals with contemporary graphic sensibilities drawn from early twentieth-century avant-garde traditions. The work demonstrates remarkable sensitivity to the relationship between contained object and containing presentation, treating the packaging not merely as protective housing but as an integral aesthetic component that elevates the unboxing experience to ceremonial significance. The geometric relief pattern adorning the ingot surface reveals sophisticated understanding of how light interacts with polished and matte metal finishes, creating visual complexity that rewards extended contemplation while maintaining the clean legibility essential to objects of documented value. The surrounding graphic composition, with its bold constructivist-inflected forms in primary and earth tones, establishes dynamic tension with the classical preciousness of gold, suggesting dialogue between industrial modernity and enduring material worth. Technical execution throughout demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, from the precision of the metal engraving to the registration accuracy of the printed elements and the tactile quality of the plastic housing. This synthesis of heritage material and contemporary presentation strategy positions the work within broader conversations about how ceremonial objects communicate value in contemporary contexts, inviting viewers to consider how design transforms commodity into keepsake and investment into heirloom.
