About Nanjing Yongning House Sales Office
Nanjing Yongning House is a sales office interior located in Pukou District, Nanjing. The space covers about 23680 square feet and includes a sand table area and a negotiation hall. Restraint guides both the design methods and the material selection. Kedding wood surfaces, titanium-plated stainless steel and marble are used. Refined metal is inlaid into columns and wall lamps through jointing. A metal cell structure orders the irregular areas and forms a transparent composition of void and solid. Empty space is kept to support the relation between people and space.

- Unique Properties
- For integrated presentation of various spaces, restraint is exercised in design methods and material selection. The jointing method is used to inlay refined metals into columns and decorate wall lamps. In rigorous alignment of line, plane and body, the lines are sequenced to present a sense of both roughness and refinement and create a flowing atmosphere in details.

- Project design time:August 2018
Project completion time:March 2019
Project Location:Construction Road, Pukou District, Nanjing City - Operation Flow
- As the window of real estate sales, the sales office is concerned with the quality of developers and the quality of real estate, which is naturally taken seriously by developers. And the buyers in the sales office can basically understand the situation of the building, for whether the building is in line with their own mind, but also have a general grasp. As a result, the sales office has become the "position" of both buyers and sellers.
- Research
- The project emphasizes on leaving empty space, so as to give more possibilities for exploration of man and space relations.” The conversation between venue and concept is conducted in a highly open structure. The urban vein, rational appeal and spiritual consolation are all presented to create a simplistic yet enchanting, modern yet cultural space.
- Inspiration
- Constructing is extracted as a design term for the project. The symbolic element of city wall is disintegrated and refined into the key words of pattern, void and solid, light and shadow to interpret the visual, spatial and spiritual etherealness. Functional requirements are followed and an intensive and flowing integrated layout is achieved.
