About Vibes Office Lobby and Cafeteria

Vibes is an office lobby and cafeteria interior created for a machine manufacturing company in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The design is inspired by the flow of digital information and uses clean and fluid forms. Glass, stone, ceramics and wood are applied as interior finishes. Digitally milled wood louvers rise through the open vertical space of the lobby. An opening between the two floors supports communication between staff. The basement cafeteria uses warm wood surfaces and opens toward the courtyard. A blue accent color renews the corporate image.

Unique Properties
To differentiate from other technology companies in Hsinchu, we re-evaluate the idea of branding and corporate identity, hoping to get away from heaviness of traditional image of the industry, yet making a brand new impression of how technology would be in the current time. Using the Syntec Blue as the accent color, it elevates the sense of fashion and activate corporate image.

Inspiration
The inspiration for the design for this office renovation is the flow of digital information.
