Malunga ne-Zhongang Future City Uyilo lweMozulu

Zhongang Future City luyilo lwemozulu (landscape design) lwendawo yokubonisa eNinghai County, eZhejiang, eChina. Le ndawo ibalisa i-7984 skwere yeemitha kwaye ijikelezwe ngamanzi kwiicala ezintathu, inezembozelo zepaki karhulumente kunye nolwandle. Umxholo uthatyathwe kolwandle kwaye ubonakaliswa ngokusetyenziswa kombonakalo wamanzi aluhlaza-tyheli okhanyayo, unxweme olunamacala amaninzi (polygonal coastline), kunye nombhoshongo wombono weomthlekazi otsibayo (jumping whale sculpture). Izinto eziphambili ezisetyenzisiweyo zibandakanya iithayile ezimhlophe, i-granite emdaka, i-mosaic eblowu kunye ne-aluminium epeyintiweyo emhlophe. Indlela yokutyelela yahlulwe yaba ngamacandelo anemixholo ethile, enika amava okuzola nokuphumla.

Zhongang Future City Uyilo lweMozulu ngumphumeleli weIbhaso Lentsimbi le-A' Design Award, ukuqatshelwa okuhlonitshwayo okunikwa imiyilo elungileyo eyanelisa iimfuno zobungcali neemveliso ezilindelekileyo kwimveliso ezicwangciswe kakuhle. Abaphumeleleyo beNtsimbi babonisa ubuchule obukhulu, ubuchule obuphezulu, ukuqonda kwengcali namandla okuyila abayili babo. Zhongang Future City Uyilo lweMozulu iyathenjwa ukuba ibe yimveliso exatyiswa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo esebenzayo neyinto entsha. Lo myilo uphumeleleyo weIbhaso Lentsimbi le-A' Design Award udibanisa iindlela ezilungileyo kakhulu zemboleko kwaye unezimpawu zobuchwephesha ezifanelekileyo ezidityaniswe nolwazi netalente. Iimpawu Ezizodwa: The design adheres to the original intention of interpreting nature and it integrates the understanding of nature and respect for the city into the construction. Featured blue seascape, the landscape allows busy urbanite to drift away from the busy city.
Imilinganiselo nePakishini: The landscape area covers 7984 square meters. It is located in Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, between the Tiantai Mountains and Siming Mountains, which is high in the west and low in the east. It stands in a coastal mountain and hilly area. Surrounded by water on three sides, the site features an unique landscape with a good view of municipal park and sea.

Ubuchwepheshe Bokuvelisa: The main materials include jazz-like white tiles, white wood-grain tiles, sesame gray granite, blue mosaic, white painted aluminum, gravel, etc. The light blue and off-white palette sets off the light blue waterscape, creating a clean and refreshing landscape scene. The wall facade is made of imitation stone tiles, which has a fresh texture. The gallery frame and porch are made of aluminum plate with white paint. The overall white background highlights the green plants, integrating the landscape into nature.
Umngeni Woyilo: The main challenge is how to best present the design idea under the limited budget. The designers need to balance the design sense and the realization possibility. Because of the modern style and the polyline form, it is more important to control the scale and modulus of materials. The multiple cutting of the material reduced waste and the imitation stone tiles formed a blue and white light color palette in harmony with the project theme.
Uphando: The project aims to build a hidden coast landscape, which evokes people's yearning for a quiet coast and a comfortable life, and creates a pleasant experience of vacation. The client hopes to set off nature and architecture through artistic landscapes, creating a harmonious and comfortable space experience, so as to attract people, stimulate regional vitality and enhance the site value.
Inkuthazo: Inspired by the sea, the landscape design shows the static broad and dynamic waves of the sea. The jumping whale sculpture highlights the design theme. The landscape streamline of the demonstration area is divided into different visiting themes, which are encountering the sea, watching fish, seeing island, shoal and watching drama, allowing people to form different viewing experiences during the visiting process.
Ubude Beprojekthi: The project was designed in September 2019 and finished in January 2020 in Zhejiang, China.
Ukuhamba Komsebenzi: In order to convey the vision of the demonstration area, the sales center is set as the link point in the planning stage. In the front area, the waterscape and the polygonal coast form the main texture where green islands and paths float on the water surface; while there are open forest and grassland in the back area where the art gallery is the main body, creating a relaxing and pleasant landscape experience.
