I-M Two yindlu ekhoyo emaphethelweni omzi osentabeni eLimassol, eCyprus. Uyilo kunye nezinto ezisetyenzisiweyo zihambelana nendalo yendawo yaloo mmandla kunye nokuhlonipha uyilo lwendlu yesixeko esiqhelekileyo, ngesimbo sale mihla. Ubume beendlu bulandela ubume lwe-pi lwesiqhelo, oluvelisa umsinga wokuzola nowokusebenza ngokulunge phakathi kwendawo yangaphakathi neyangaphandle. Iindawo zosapho kunye nezoluntu ziyadibana, kodwa zisebenze ngokuzimeleyo kwaye zibonelele ngabucala apho kufuneka. Iindawo zokuhlala ezine zivumela zonke iimbono zeentaba nolwandle ukuba zonwatywe. Uluhlu lwemibala lusebenzisa imibala yendalo ye-beige, brown, green ne-blue.

Iimpawu Ezizodwa: Located at the outskirts of a village, the design and materials of the house suit both the natural landscape and respect the traditional village-house designs but with a modern aesthetic. The layout is a traditional ‘pi’ Π shape that gives a calm and ergonomic flow between interior and exterior. We wanted the family and public spaces of the house to blend seamlessly but function independently and offer privacy where needed. Four living areas allow all aspects of the view to be enjoyed.
Inkuthazo: The inspiration came from the immediate environment. It is on a hill with uninterrupted views of both mountain and sea. It is north facing and perfectly orientated for the sun, light, air and views. We wanted a seamless flow between the interior and exterior so that wherever you are in the house, you would always have a beautiful outlook. With the native landscape as our palette, we used natural colours of beige rock, brown wood, mountain olive greens and blue water to reflect the facing Mediterranean Sea.
