IMount Kinabalu ibekwe kuMntla weBorneo. Ukuphefumlelwa koyilo lonke kuphuma kwiphalethi yombala wetoni yomhlaba kwaye izinto zikhethwa njengoko zifudumele kwaye zizolile. Udonga olubonakalayo lusebenzisa ilitye lendalo eliqokelelwe kwiNtaba yaseKinabalu, kunye nokuphucula ukukhanya kokukhanyisa ukusuka kwisilingi, kubonisa ngokucacileyo ukuthungwa kwelitye. Ukudibanisa kwamatye kunye nemithi kudala ulungelelwaniso lokuvisisana. Ngelixa iinkcukacha zefenitshala zisebenzisa isikhumba kunye nokugqiba igolide ukufuzisela ukunethezeka kunye ne-deluxe.

Iziqinisekiso, amalungu eqela kunye neenkcukacha zobugcisa ezinikezelwe ngumyili.

Iimpawu Ezizodwa: Earth-toned color palette and material was selected as it is warm and serenity. The feature wall uses the natural rock from Mount 'Kinabalu', with the enhancing of lighting illumination from ceiling, it does clearly shows the texture of the rock. The combination with stone and timber creates the balance of harmony. While the details for the furniture uses leather and gold finishing to symbolize luxury and deluxe.

Ubuchwepheshe Bokuvelisa: Besides choosing Mount Kinabalu rock as feature wall, chevron wooden texture also applied to intrigue the the sight within the atmosphere. More than that, gold stainless steel inlay also applied to smoothen the eyesight. The bronze ceiling design used spray paint coating finishes combine with hanging feature and topography to create the Wow- factor.
Umngeni Woyilo: To refine the design concept with the usage of the selected materials and creates the balance within the atmosphere.
Uphando: The design inspiration came from the most recognizable symbol of mountain which located in Northern Borneo. Whereas the topography of the Mount Kinabalu has become the highlights within the atmosphere. A picturesque of scenery could be found from the full height window glass in dawn.
Inkuthazo: The design inspiration came from the most recognizable symbol of mountain which located in Northern Borneo. Whereas the topography of the Mount 'Kinabalu' has become the highlights within the atmosphere. A picturesque of scenery could be found from the full height window glass in dawn.
Ubude Beprojekthi: The project started in May 2021 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The expected date of completion- End of 2022
Ukuhamba Komsebenzi: Experience a gathering room for families and friends to bond relationship. From the parlour to the dining table, it is a multi-functional space where residents and visitors allow to gaze movies, play board games, having potluck dinner etc.
