Umngeni Woyilo: The challenge lay in prioritizing the qualitative user findings we gathered. Through affinity mapping, we assigned and rated each finding based on its impact on user experience and its potential to address user problems. This method allowed us to pinpoint areas requiring immediate attention to enhance the overall user journey. Moreover, it empowered us to prioritize solutions with the most significant impact in alleviating user pain points.
Uphando: The research commenced with competitor analysis and semi-structured interviews to glean valuable insights into users' experiences, perspectives, and needs regarding career management. The collected user insights were categorized into seven distinct themes and prioritized using evaluation metrics centered on user experience and problem-solving. The resulting data shaped a design concept, optimizing information arrangement and user interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
Inkuthazo: The platform is an intelligent and personalised solution tailored for early-stage career professionals based on the capability of conversational AI. It automates and enhances user productivity in career coaching, application tracking, and emotion management throughout the entire job-hunting journey. The platform provides manageability for career exploration & growth, enabling individuals to navigate their professional journeys with stability and continuous advancement.

Ukuhamba Komsebenzi: The design language follows to the principles of professionalism and efficiency, with a focus on providing an immersive experience tailored to the user's career journey through a seamless digital interface and interactive modality. The product introduces a conversation-led interaction, where the coaching AI guides the user in constructing their workspace based on individual preferences aligning with the unique needs of each user.
