About Yuuye Isitovu Sangaphandle

Isicatshulwa Sencwadi: I-Yuuye sisitovu sangaphandle esenzelwe ukukampa. Ubume beYuuye budibanisa ubume betanki yegesi nembonakalo yezixhobo zokukhusela zangaphandle, ngoko ke umsebenzi wemveliso ubonakaliswa ngophawu olucacileyo lokubona. Umzimba odityanisiweyo uvumela iimbiza namapani ukuba agcinwe ngaphakathi kwesitovu. Isixhobo sokulinganisa sibekwe phezu kwesitovu, kwaye le nxalenye ilungisa ukutyeka okubangelwa ngumhlaba ongalinganiyo. IYuuye yenziwe ngendlela yokuxinana (stamping molding) nokudibanisa ngokutshisa (welding), kwaye ilinganiselwa kubukhulu obuziimilimitha ezili-150 ngeziili-150 ngeziili-260. Injongo kukwenza ukupheka ngaphandle kube nokukhuseleka nokulula ukuthwala.

Unique Properties: The design combines the shape of a gas tank with an outdoor protective gear, directly prompting the user of the product's function in terms of linguistic symbols. At the same time, the integrated design makes it easy to store pots and pans and adds a leveling device on the top of the stove, which cleverly solves the problem of tilting of the stove due to uneven ground outdoors.
Dimensions & Packaging: 150mm*150mm260mm
Tags: Outdoor Stove Unconscious Symbolic One-piece
Production Technology: Stamping Molding and Welding
Design Challenge: This design process is very convoluted, from the conception of the proposal to the establishment of the final design solution, our team has been thinking about how to symbolize and integrate.
Research: Outdoor stoves are used when camping in the wild, but the outdoor stoves on the market do not have a particularly accurate stabilization system or a clear visual symbol to define the balance, making people use outdoor stoves fraught with danger, hiding a series of dangerous factors such as pots tilting sideways and other dangerous factors that make people panic. At the same time, most of the stoves on the market are too bare, do not have the aesthetic appearance of the product, to attract more diverse user groups If the shape of the gas canister is integrated into the design of outdoor stoves, we subconsciously think that gas canisters must be associated with cooking, lighting and other actions. unconsciously clear about the use of the product.
Inspiration: Outdoor stoves will be used when camping, but the outdoor stoves on the market do not have a particularly accurate stabilization system or a clear visual symbol to define the balance, making people use outdoor stoves full of dangers, hiding a series of dangerous factors such as pots and pans tilting sideways, making people panic. At the same time, most of the stoves on the market are too bare to have the aesthetic appearance of the product, attracting a more diverse group of users.
Project Duration: 2023.2——2023.3
Operation Flow: This is an outdoor one-piece stove that helps young people solve the problem of inconvenient storage and tilted sideways pots and pans when camping outdoors.
