Malunga ne-Alma Residence IVila Yabucala

IAlma Residence yivila yabucala eyilelwe usapho e-Abu Dhabi, kwi-United Arab Emirates. Le vila iququzelelwe macala onke kumbindi ophakathi, indawo yangaphakathi ephakame kabini apho onke amagumbi ajongene khona. Lo mbindi ubekwe ukuze ufumane ukukhanya kwelanga kunye nomoya ovela ngokwendalo, uzise ukukhanya nobushushu kwindlu yonke. Iiplani ezivulekileyo kunye nezinye iindawo eziphakame kabini zibiyelwe luluhlu lweearches zobukhulu obahlukeneyo. Le vila igubungela iimitha ezisikwere ezingama-1800 kwisiza esiziimitha ezisikwere ezingama-3256. Kwasetyenziswa i-AutoCAD, i-3ds Max kunye ne-Adobe Photoshop ekucwangciseni, ekumodeleni nasekwenzeni imifanekiso yerendering.

Abaphumeleleyo beBhronzi ziimveliso ezinobuchule obukhulu nezidala ngokumangalisayo ezingqina amava aphangaleleyo, ukucinga nokwazi ukuzenzela kwabayili bazo. Alma Residence IVila Yabucala iyathenjwa ukuba ibe yimpahla exatyiswa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo enobungcali obuphawulekayo nezinto ezintsha. Iimpawu Ezizodwa: The main structure of this villa is evolved around a central core; where most of the family activities will be, this core was studied carefully to get a healthy solar exposure with a well ventilation that gives the whole villa a source of light, warmth and energy.

With an open space planning and multiple double height spaces, wrapped by a sequence of elegant arches in variant sizes, yet harmonious with each other and well blended with the internal spaces, all helped in creating a simple cozy yet luxurious elegant home, inside and outside.

Ubuchwepheshe Bokuvelisa: The project was done using AutoCad for space planning and 3DS max for 3D modeling and rendering with Adobe Photoshop for the after effect.
Umngeni Woyilo: One of the most demanding and complex space planning that blended all in harmony together
Inkuthazo: ALMA: The name derived from the Latin and Spanish words
for soul and nourishing, reflects a place where the
heart and spirit are cared for.

The design concept was based on giving the building a breathable heart "The central core" which was the double height indoor space which all the villa rooms were directed towards it, it was designed to be the source of light and energy for the whole villa.

Ukuhamba Komsebenzi: Designing this project was done by 1st identifying the general design objectives of the project and taking a step by step approach in the design process, starting from the general zoning allocation, to circulation analysis and general connection points reaching to the overall space planning and final 3D model was a result of these careful studies.
