Uyilo lukubonakalisa ubudlelwane kwindalo apho indlu iyinxalenye yendalo esingqongileyo - ukubuyisela ulwandle kunxweme kunye nokungenelela okuqondayo kunye neqokobhe elilula leplastikhi elihleli ngononophelo kwindawo esebenza njengendawo yokusabela. Izithunzi zeLucent ezivela kwimithi esele zingena kwisithuba. Indawo yengca ibonakala ngathi yandisa ingaphakathi lendlu. Injongo yale projekthi yayikukudala i-Organic Architecture ngokuchaza ubume bendawo, ukucaciswa kwendawo kunye nezinto ezibonakalayo, uyilo olukhanyayo kunye nomgangatho othelekisayo wenqanaba labucala nelivulekileyo.

Lakeside Living Indlu Negadi ngumphumeleli weIbhaso Lebhronzi le-A' Design Award, ukuqatshelwa okuhlonitshwayo kakhulu okunikwa imiyilo ephawulekayo eyahlukaniswa kukuyila, ubukrelekrele nobukrelekrele. Abaphumeleleyo beBhronzi ziimveliso ezinobuchule obukhulu nezidala ngokumangalisayo ezingqina amava aphangaleleyo, ukucinga nokwazi ukuzenzela kwabayili bazo. Lakeside Living Indlu Negadi iyathenjwa ukuba ibe yimpahla exatyiswa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo enobungcali obuphawulekayo nezinto ezintsha. Lo myilo uphumeleleyo weIbhaso Lebhronzi le-A' Design Award ubandakanya iindlela ezilungileyo kakhulu kubugcisa, inzululwazi, uyilo kunye nobuchwephesha kwaye ugqwesile ngenxa yokunikela ingqalelo kwiinkcukacha. Iimpawu Ezizodwa: A Summerhouse with garage, a boathouse and a Sauna perfectly integrated in to the lake shore. Natural aging materials support the concept 'Gesamtkunstwerk', where the Architecture, Garden and Interior spaces are in perfect harmony. The building is composed of a concrete body and a crafted wooden shell with a light axis running through it ending in a pier at the lake. The site was re naturalized with grasses. Wooden walkways lead to a boathouse and a generous Terrace overlooking the lake.
Imilinganiselo nePakishini: Lake site dimension- 6.000 sqm, 50m shore an 2000 sqm wet meadow had been renaturated by cutting off the drainage system.

Ubuchwepheshe Bokuvelisa: The lake side was re naturalized with grasses. Wooden walkways lead to a boathouse and a generous Terrace overlooking the lake.
Umngeni Woyilo: The lake clay was the most difficult part for constructing of the boat house and foundation of the main house.
Uphando: We tried to reinterprete the athmosphere of the surrounding wetland area which is famous for its original beauty. It means only grasses, lillys and Filipendula ulmaria as mass plantation
Inkuthazo: The dream of the owners was to build a house onto the narrow lake site which has a close connection to nature combined with a Japanese atmosphere. The Japanese culture reflects a feeling of sophistication, perfection in detailing, open flowing spaces and the accommodation of changing seasons. The aim of the architect was to design a Gesamtkunstwerk where the Architecture is to express a strong relationship to nature in which the house is part of the natural environment.
