Ìṣẹ̀dá Apẹrẹ Z jẹ́ ilé ibùgbé bioclimatic ní Fasoula, Cyprus. Àpẹrẹ funfun tí ó dà bí lẹ́tà Z ni ó ń ṣàlàyé ìrísí ilé náà. A ṣètò àwọn àyè inú gẹ́gẹ́ bí àwọn ìdíwọ̀n tí a fi sínú àwọn ihò tí ó wà nínú àpẹrẹ funfun náà. Ìṣẹ̀dá náà ń tẹ̀lé àwọn geometry tí ó rọrùn nínú ọ̀nà minimalist, pẹ̀lú simenti tí a fi hàn kedere, àwọn ojú igi ńlá àti àwọ funfun tí kò lókèèrè. Ilé náà ní ìwọ̀n 230 mítà onígun mẹ́rin lórí ìpele mẹ́ta, ipele abẹ́lẹ̀ kan àti àwọn ilẹ̀ méjì lókè. A gbé ipele abẹ́lẹ̀ náà sínú ìtẹ̀lé ilẹ̀, ó ni àwọn àyè fún ọkọ̀ ìrìnnà, a sì fi òkúta kọ́ ọ.

Àwọn olùborí Idẹ jẹ́ àwọn ohun èlò tó ní ìjáfáfá gan-an tí wọ́n sì ní ìṣẹ̀dá tó yani lẹ́nu tí wọ́n ń ṣe ẹ̀rí ìrírí gbígbòòrò, ìrònú àti ọgbọ́n àwọn olùṣàwòṣe wọn. - Àwọn Ohun Àkànṣe
- A bioclimatic house in Fasoula, where the creation of a white Z shaped form, characterizes the morphology of the building. The spaces were translated in volumes which created a composition that was placed into the cavities of this white form. The design is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalistic trends, which led to the use of exposed concrete, large wooden surfaces and the use of the neutral white color.

- The integration of bioclimatic methods into the development of the design, combined with the need of an operational building, was the main creative challenge of our design.

- Through our design, we wanted to investigate whether the integration of bioclimatic methods into the development of the design, could result a harmonious, functional composition.

- The inspiration that triggered the design of this bioclimatic solar house in Fasoula, Cyprus, was the will to create a white Z shaped form, that was going to characterize the morphology of the building.
- Àkókò Iṣẹ́ Àkànṣe
- The design started in 2017, and the construction in 2019. The project was completed in 2020.
- Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́
- A minimalistic three-level house, placed in a slope, with the parking spaces made in the earth, as a basement. This was built with stone masonry, willing to highlight the relationship between the building and the environment and to create a solid morphological base for the development of the design, which is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalist trends.
