By conducting a blend of interviews and usability testing with stakeholders, we gathered valuable insights into user needs and pain points. Participants comprised a diverse range of financial institutes users, from novices to experts. Analysis revealed key insights into user expectations, leading to design refinements that prioritize usability and security. Ultimately, our research informs the development of a digital exchange platform that caters to diverse user needs, fostering accessibility and trust in Digital Wallet.

Motivated by a vision of inclusivity and empowerment, our project sought to transcend the confines of traditional cryptocurrency exchanges, endeavoring to render the realm of digital finance more accessible, secure, and transparent for individuals of varying expertise levels. We were galvanized by the belief that democratizing access to cryptocurrency trading was imperative for fostering financial literacy and facilitating broader participation in the burgeoning digital economy.
