The Orla 55 brand translates Brazilian modernist principles into a contemporary visual identity system based on geometry, proportion and typographic precision. The scalable design system ensures consistency across editorial, digital and architectural applications. The project contributed to a 25 percent increase in perceived market value and sales price per square meter through strategic brand positioning and visual coherence.
Ìwọ̀n àti Àpò
Developed within ISO compliant digital workflows, the visual system is scalable and versatile, optimized for high resolution print production as well as digital applications. The development of the brand identity followed a collaborative and iterative process, combining historical research, architectural references, and principles of modern design. Detailed design development ensured visual precision, while carefully selected typography and color palettes established a balanced and scalable system adaptable to multiple platforms and formats.
Ìpèníjà Àpèsè
The main challenge was interpreting Brazilian modernist architecture from the 1950s without creating a nostalgic identity. The project required translating historical principles into a contemporary visual language aligned with coastal lifestyle and architectural coherence. Balancing heritage and innovation while maintaining clarity, consistency and market relevance was essential to create a timeless and adaptable brand system.
Ìwádìí
The project combines historical research, cultural analysis and strategic positioning to create a brand identity rooted in Brazilian modernism and adapted to the coastal context. As part of the Tropicos framework, the system integrates architectural references from the 1950s with contemporary design principles, resulting in a cohesive visual language that reinforces differentiation, perceived value and consistency across brand applications.
Ìmísí
Inspired by Brazilian modernist architecture from the 1950s, Orla 55 was developed as part of the Tropicos conceptual framework created for coastal developments. The project combines architectural research, modernist principles and contemporary design methodology to create a coherent visual identity system aligned with architecture, cultural context and lifestyle, reinforcing consistency between brand language and built environment.
Àkókò Iṣẹ́ Àkànṣe
The project started in February 2024 in Itajai, Santa Catarina, and was finalized in February 2025. It is currently in the final stage of preparation for the official launch.
Ìlànà Ìṣiṣẹ́
Every brand touchpoint, from physical signage to digital platforms, was designed to provide a seamless and intuitive experience. The identity and aesthetic, aligned with the coastal lifestyle, ensure consistency, recognition, and a sense of belonging for residents and visitors. From sales materials to on site applications, Orla 55 extends the promise of design quality into a tangible and aspirational living experience.
