Huicong Yu

My name is Daniel Yu, an architectural designer with an entrepreneurial mindset. As a young designer, I always encourage myself to be intellectually free, instead of being highly specialized in one trajectory in my career. I always believe that knowing multiple disciplines can help me bridge them together. And it is the intersection between these disciplines that will burst out the most creativity.

The creative work of Huicong Yu has been honored by the internationally acclaimed A' Design Award & Competition in Ohun Ọ̀ṣọ́ Ara. Huicong Yu received the Àmì-ẹ̀yẹ Irin A' Design Award for outstanding design work. In the competition, Huicong Yu entered anonymously, and an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members decided by blind peer review.

The award was granted in the 2023 - 2024 edition of the A' Design Award & Competition. On the world design rankings of Designers.org, Huicong Yu stands at position 6,307, and at position 473 among the designers of Orílẹ̀-èdè Amẹ́ríkà. Huicong Yu holds the World Design Rating title Olùṣe Tí Ń Bọ̀. The award-winning works of Huicong Yu are presented below, and each of them carries a verification code that confirms its award status.
