关于 Archi-Lab 建筑事务所室内设计

Archi-Lab是一间建筑事务所的室内空间,被设计为进行空间实验的场所。设计将室外材料引入室内。砖、混凝土、面砖与钢筋是亚热带城市台北常见的外墙材料——多雨潮湿的气候促成了外墙贴砖的普遍做法。在Archi-Lab中,这些材料被重新组织,把室外的尺度带入室内。新建墙体与旧砖混搭,书架则由钢筋打造。其意图在于探索空间设计的全新可能。

独特属性: In this Archi-lab (architecture laboratory), we are experimenting “outside in”. The combination of the common exterior material in this sub-tropical city, such as brick, concrete, tiles and re-bars, are re-organized to bring the exterior scale to interior. The mixing of the new walls and old brick, the book shelves made from re-bars, are all architecture experiments which are on our way to explore the possibilities in spatial design.

灵感: aipei is a typical Asian city in which the style of the architecture is strongly affected by wester modernism. Taipei is a rainy humid city that makes the most of exterior walls full of tiles. We see more and more old tile buildings from the past decades.
