《奢华品味》是一套面积达240平方米的住宅室内设计方案。空间布局包含三间卧室以及一个设有壁炉的宽敞起居区。层高达3米,全景落地窗引入充沛的自然采光。整体空间大量运用大理石、黄铜等高端饰面材料,家具则选自意大利奢华品牌。楼梯采用全玻璃材质打造。方案集成了智能家居与自控系统。该设计将经典造型与当代材料及技术融为一体。

尺寸与包装: The residence spans 240 square meters and features three spacious bedrooms, along with a large living area complete with a fireplace. The ceilings reach a height of 3 meters, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Additionally, the design incorporates numerous panoramic windows, maximizing natural light and offering stunning views.

生产技术: The residence will be constructed using a combination of concrete and metal columns. It will feature comprehensive smart home technology and autonomous systems for enhanced functionality. All furnishings will be sourced from prestigious Italian luxury brands. The design will incorporate luxurious materials such as marble, brass, and other high-end finishes. The staircases will be crafted entirely from glass, enhancing the modern and elegant aesthetic of the property.
设计挑战: The most challenging aspect of this design project was addressing the lower ceiling height while maintaining an open and spacious feel. Integrating the building's structural beams into the overall design posed significant creative hurdles. These beams needed to be concealed without compromising the aesthetic or functionality of the space. Additionally, historical and social perspectives influenced the design, as we aimed to respect local architectural styles. External factors, such as regulations and available technology, also shaped our approach, requiring innovative solutions to achieve our vision.
研究: To execute this project, only the finest materials and cutting-edge technologies were employed. The furnishings and decor are sourced from renowned brands celebrated as icons of design. This combination of innovative technology, high-quality modern materials, and a unique design concept has culminated in the creation of an exceptional project—a true gem of local architecture.
灵感: Drawing from history, the design seeks to harmonize the past with a vision for the future, blending functionalism and tradition with contemporary intentions. The primary influence is the client's passion for opulent and grand residences, reminiscent of palaces and castles, embodying richness and luxury.
