Production Technology
The design of Royal Residence utilizes advanced BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology for precise planning and seamless integration of structural, mechanical, and architectural elements. Sustainable materials, such as energy-efficient glass and eco-friendly insulation, were selected to enhance energy performance. The incorporation of smart home technologies, green roofs, and water-efficient systems further reinforces the project's commitment to sustainability and modern living.
Design Challenge
The hardest part of designing Royal Residence was balancing modern luxury with sustainability in an area like Erdemli, Mersin, where local climate and regulations posed unique challenges. The project had to respect regional architectural styles while integrating advanced technologies and eco-friendly materials. External factors, such as building codes and energy efficiency standards, required careful consideration. Overcoming these challenges involved extensive research, collaboration with experts, and innovative design solutions.
Research
The research for Royal Residence aimed to balance luxury, sustainability, and functionality by integrating smart technologies, green spaces, and wellness amenities. Methods included site analysis, environmental studies, and user behavior research, with data collected through surveys and expert consultations. The result is a design that enhances energy efficiency, quality of life, and social interaction, benefiting both the local community and sustainable architecture.
Inspiration
The design of Royal Residential Complex was inspired by a desire to blend luxury, functionality, and nature in a modern urban setting. We sought to create a space that enhances the quality of life, offering a balance between privacy and community. Drawing from research on sustainable architecture and contemporary living, the project integrates green spaces, cutting-edge amenities, and wellness features to provide residents with a harmonious and comfortable lifestyle.
Project Duration
The Royal Residence project commenced in January 2024 in Erdemli, Mersin, and is expected to be completed in December 2025. The project has been carefully planned to integrate modern architectural design with sustainable living practices, aiming to provide a high-quality living environment. Once completed, it will offer a wide range of luxurious residential and communal spaces, enhancing the local community's lifestyle in Erdemli.
Operation Flow
Royal Residence is designed to offer seamless interaction between its residents and the environment. The apartments and villas are equipped with smart home systems, allowing residents to control lighting, temperature, and security remotely.
