Baan Dusitanon 是一座位于繁华城市区域、设有夹层的四层住宅。建筑外部由高强度铝材制成的竖向排列、轻微扭转的百叶构成立面加以包裹。这些百叶遮挡了外界对室内的视线，同时又让居住者能够从室内眺望城市景观。该立面同时充当热缓冲层，并在遮阳格栅与墙体之间围合出种植区域。每一层均将半私密的起居区域布置于前部，卧室置于后部。四层设有一处通高的起居空间，向城市景观敞开。

- Baan Dusitanon is a four-story residence with a mezzanine level, enveloped by a distinctive façade, located in the heart of the city. Given its urban setting, the surrounding environment is bustling with both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
The primary design objective was to create a sense of privacy for the residents while maintaining a seamless connection to the city. The building’s vertically aligned and subtly twisted façade panels act as a visual screen, shielding the interior from external views without creating a sense of confinement. This design allows residents to enjoy unobstructed views of the surroundings while ensuring privacy.
Beyond aesthetics, the façade serves as a thermal buffer, reducing direct heat exposure to the main structure. The space between the façade and the building itself accommodates greenery and landscaped areas, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
The interior layout is divided into two primary zones:
• The front section of each floor serves as a semi-private living area, fostering interaction and openness.
• The rear section is dedicated to private bedrooms, ensuring tranquility for the residents.
On the fourth floor, a double-height living space provides an expansive view of the cityscape, enhancing the sense of openness within the residence. - 尺寸与包装
- The façade is designed with privacy and functionality in mind, featuring vertically aligned angled louvers that effectively block external views. This vertical arrangement minimizes dust accumulation and water retention on the surface.
Constructed from high-strength aluminum, the louvers have an elliptical profile with tapered edges for durability and a sleek appearance. The supporting framework is discreetly hidden within the elliptical profiles, maintaining a clean and seamless exterior aesthetic - 标签
