Push-to-open cabinetry, concealed ducting, and integrated drainage systems combined craftsmanship with modern building technology, ensuring durability and design accuracy.

Internally, the design required balancing historical motifs such as arches and moldings with modern spatial efficiency. Externally, structural constraints and material availability limited certain choices. Through digital modeling, custom fabrication, and close collaboration with craftsmen, the team overcame these obstacles to deliver precision detailing and bold color contrasts in a cohesive home.
