关于 Dynamic Evolution 住宅公寓室内设计

《动态演变》是一套建筑面积198平方米的住宅公寓室内设计作品。空间布局摒弃隔墙,营造出开放通透的居住环境。餐厅与厨房安排在一侧,既拓宽了开放空间,又清晰地界定了各功能区域的边界。一面宽阔的大理石电视墙矗立于客厅与开放式书房之间。推拉门的设置使书房可兼作客房,同时有效阻隔厨房油烟。大理石与木材形成冷暖色调的对比,天花板高度的变化则巧妙隐藏了梁体结构。

独特属性: Distinct from the regular open designs of the public areas, this residential interior design plan constructs the free-living environment without walls. The design idea setting the dining room and kitchen on the side expands the open spaces, while delineating the boundaries among these spaces as well. The open study room is behind the wide marble TV wall decorated in the living room. The study room decorated with the sliding door easily becomes the guest room, and effectively keeps clean from the kitchen smoke. The design idea of the flexible house is charismatic.

生产技术: The cold feel of the marble TV wall and the warm feel of the wood furniture generate the contrast of colors, thus manifesting the double visions. The wide TV wall decorated between the living room and the study room not only creates the broad vision, also maintain the calm working environment in the study room.
设计挑战: The wood boards are decorated between the entryway and the living room. The tall display cabinet is decorated between the entryway and the dining room and kitchen as well.
研究: The master bedroom is embellished with the elegant brown colors. The master bedroom has the delicate dressing room and table. The second bedroom is decorated with the bold colors. This house design taking into considerations the functionalities and varieties is the most unique feature from other residential interior designs.
灵感: The wood boards are decorated between the entryway and the living room. The tall display cabinet is decorated between the entryway and the dining room and kitchen as well. The structure of beam is delicately obscured by its underneath display cabinet. In the living room, the TV wall, leather sofa, dark blue carpet and installation art coherently signify the blue tone color.
项目周期: The project finished in November 2017.
操作流程: The open dining room and kitchen are on the left of the study room. The kitchen decorated with the elegant black and the counter shows the smooth traffic flow distinguishing the role of space. The changes for ceiling heights delicately conceal the beam extended from the entryway to other spaces. The wood ceiling decorated in the dining room implicitly defines the boundary between the dining room and kitchen. The polished floor and the glittering stone dining table create the clear and bright visions.
