Sini Majuri

Glass artist Sini Majuri works in Helsinki, Finland. Her works have been exhibited in the USA, Japan, China, Europe and Canada. She has also been awarded for her work at Beijing Fashion Week in China. She combines 3D-design with old glass blowing techniques. Many of her works are surrealistic stories captured inside blown glass.

Sini Majuri is a distinguished winner of the highly prestigious A' Design Award in 家具, 美术 and 厨具, among other categories. Sini Majuri has won 13 A' Design Awards, with the A' Design Award 金奖 as the highest distinction. Sini Majuri has been recognized repeatedly in the 家具 category. In the competition, Sini Majuri entered anonymously, and an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members decided by blind peer review.
