Manzo iyiqoqo lefenisha yekamelo lokulala elihlanganisa ikhabethe lamakhabethe amancane elibanzi, ikhabethe lamakhabethe amancane elijwayelekile kanye netafula eliseceleni kombhede. Umklamo ugqugquzelwe ukudlalisana kokukhanya nesithunzi okubonakala lapho ukukhanya kwelanga kudlula emaqabungeni ezihlahla. Kuhlanganiswe izinto ezimbili ukuze into ngayinye igcine isimilo sayo kuyilapho isekela isiphelele. Imizimba yenziwe ngepulaywudi enevinya ye-walnut, okususa isidingo sokunameka imiphetho. Wonke amajika acindezelwa kumfanekiso owodwa, kanti ingxenye engenhla iqoshwe nge-CNC futhi yaphothulwa ngopende we-polyurethane ocwebezela kancane. Iphaneli yengilazi ingashintshwa uma ilimele.

Each piece, whether standing alone or in harmony with the entire collection, resembles elements of nature, unique on its own, yet forming perfect harmony when combined with others. In this design, Ballinco blends simplicity and functionality, creating beauty rooted in the deep balance between materials and form.

- The whole body of this product-set is made by Plywood. to emphasize the feeling of being natural and at the same time not needing to be edge-banding. All the bends can be made by the same plywood press mold, so that costs and optimal production methods are considered. Also, we considered the final layer of plywood to be a walnut veneer to create a more attractive finish. The upper part is created by CNC carving the curve and finally it is finished with a semi-matte polyurethane paint coating. And finally, the part where the glass is placed is designed so that it can be replaced in case of damage. Also, we considered the connections in such a way that the possibility of after-sales service can be performed in an optimal process.

- Attaching the glass to the painted plywood body in the design of the large Manzo drawer was one of the main challenges we faced in this project. We dedicated a significant amount of time to exploring and designing various details to achieve an ideal balance between aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability. Each proposed solution was carefully evaluated from both a technical and aesthetic perspective. After testing and reviewing multiple options, we ultimately selected a design that not only addressed this challenge effectively but also met our design goals perfectly.
