Mayelana ne-Wave Izitsha Zengilazi

I-Wave iyiqoqo lezitsha zengilazi eklanyelwe iziphuzo namadesethi. Leli qoqo lifaka ingilazi ye-whiskey, ingilazi yesiphuzo eside kanye nenkomishi ye-ayisikhilimu. Ucezu ngalunye lunobuso obunesithombe esiphathekayo esinamajika athambile aphefumulelwe yijiyomethri yamagagasi olwandle. Imigqa enesigqi yengeza ukujula okubonakalayo futhi inikeze ukubamba okumnandi. Izingilazi zikhiqizwa ngengilazi ye-soda lime ngomshini wokucindezela ozenzakalelayo. Ubukhulu bodonga lobuso obunamagagasi benziwe baba sezingeni elifanele ukukhiqizwa ngobuningi. I-Wave ihumusha kabusha izitsha zokuphuza ezinemigqa zakudala ngendlela yesimanje.

Wave Izitsha Zengilazi iwinile uMklomelo Webhulonzi we-A' Design Award, ukwaziswa okuhloniphekile kakhulu okunikezwa imiklamo ephawulekayo eyehlukaniswa ukudala, ubuhlakani nobukhali bengqondo. Abawinile beBhulonzi yimisebenzi enobuchule obukhulu nedala ngokumangalisayo eqinisekisa isipiliyoni esibanzi, umcabango nobuhlakani babaklami babo. Wave Izitsha Zengilazi ilindeleke ukuba ibe yinto exatshwa kakhulu, edunyiswayo nethandwayo, enobungcweti obuphawulekayo nezinto ezintsha. Lo mklamo owinile uMklomelo Webhulonzi we-A' Design Award uhlanganisa izindlela ezinhle kakhulu ebuciko, esayensi, ekuklameni nasebuchwepheshe futhi uhamba phambili ngenxa yokunaka kwawo imininingwane. Izici Ezihlukile: Wave collection embody the geometry of nature and its beauty, with their textured and patterned surface reminiscent of organic forms. The tactile design not only adds a visual appeal but also offers a pleasing grip, making them both practical and sumptuous. Gentle curves mirror the rhythmic flow of the waves, while enriching the interaction between light and depth. The collection includes one whiskey tumbler, one long drink glass, and an ice cream cup.

Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza: It is produced from soda lime glass using the automatic press machine. Glass is the most suitable material for both indoor and outdoor use, and it is healthy and environmentally friendly.
Inselele Yokudweba: Form of the products drew inspiration from the idea of translating the fluidity, rhythm, and harmony of ocean waves into tangible glass objects. Applying the wave form to products of varying sizes, ensuring continuity, and creating a product collection were challenging. The wall thickness distribution of the wavy surfaces had to be carefully optimized for mass production.
Ucwaningo: The project aimed to reinterpret classic ribbed drinkware with a contemporary approach, imbuing it with dynamic and innovative qualities. By exploring how geometry of nature can influence both the aesthetic and functional aspects of glassware design, the form of the products was derived from organic forms and repetitive patterns found in nature. The resulting designs challenge traditional perceptions of form and texture while also providing a pleasant grip and offering a new sensory and visual experience.
Ugqozi: Wave is inspired by the infinite cycle of ocean waves and the elegant geometry within water itself. Each curve of a wave carries the flawless mathematics of nature and a rhythm that invites a deep sense of serenity.
Ubude Bephrojekthi: The project which started in February 2024, was completed in January 2025 and exhibited at the 2025 Ambiente fair.
Ukuhamba Kokusebenza: Its form creates a three dimensional sense of motion on glass with its dynamic lines inspired by the fluid energy of waves. The rhythmic contours on its surface capture a fleeting moment of the ever shifting form of water.Each line reflects the natural rise and fall of a wave, while its bold structure offers a modern and sculptural aesthetic.
