Rock’s rebellious spirit, though seemingly incompatible with the literary work, accurately captures the characters’ core.
Combining 19th-century European court costumes with punk elements, it adopts the classic red-and-black punk color scheme, echoing the novel’s themes, and presenting cross-era spiritual conflict and integration.

Results: The series design integrates court silhouettes, punk elements, and a red-black color scheme. Insights: Literature can inspire fashion, enriching designs through the fusion of classic and modern elements. Real-world Impact: Guiding design innovation and meeting cultural fashion demands.
Ugqozi: Inspired by musicals"Le rouge et le noir", this design interprets the literary spirit of the 19th century through contemporary fashion language, exploring the eternal struggle between passion and repression in human nature. Based on the history of European court attire and punk culture, it combines traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques, echoing the theme with the classic red and black color scheme, making the overall design a unique fusion of classic and contemporary elements.
