About CNC Machining Center 加工中心

CNC加工中心係一部用嚟金屬加工嘅電腦數控機床。銑削、鏜削、鑽孔、攻絲同螺紋切削全部集成喺一部機入面，所以單單一部機就能夠應付多種生產需要。刀庫存放住各式各樣嘅切削同檢測刀具，喺加工過程中由程式自動揀選同更換。機身尺寸為2090乘3435乘2678毫米，用金屬製造。造型意在體現精密同科技感，同時符合人體工學要求。

Unique Properties: Computer numerical control machining center concentrates the functions of milling, boring, drilling, tapping and cutting threads on one device, so that it has a variety of technological means. The machining center is equipped with a tool magazine, which stores different numbers of various tools or inspection tools, which are automatically selected and replaced by the program during the machining process.

Design Challenge: The most difficult part of the design is how to achieve the unity of function and appearance, and enhance the corporate image of the product.

The whole product is made of metal. The special processing technology requires an in-depth understanding of the shape of the material in the design.

Through the design of the Computer numerical control machining center, we make it more concise and easy to use, saving a lot of time and cost for the development and upgrading of new products, so that the company has strong competitiveness.

Operation Flow: The machining center is equipped with a tool magazine, which stores different numbers of various tools or inspection tools, which are automatically selected and replaced by the program during the processing. This is the main difference between it and computer numerical control milling machine and Computer numerical control boring machine. Especially for work pieces that must use tooling and machine equipment to ensure product quality and efficiency. This will save a lot of time and cost for the development and modification of new products.
