關於 Beiguan Li 商业社区建筑

北关里是位于中国齐齐哈尔的一个小型城市文化商业社区。基地占地一万平方米，坐落于卜奎北街及附近湖泊一带。多栋单体建筑相互重叠、融合，形成一个混合、开放且具渗透性的建筑群。整体布局营造出多个相对独立却又彼此流通的空间，让访客可以驻足停留，参与当地各种活动。项目包含一个湖畔露台公园、一个外部广场，以及多层次的内部庭院。色调以简约冷灰色为主，并借助自然采光为空间增添明亮感。

研究: Fade the colorful colors, simple and generous cold gray tone, filter out all irrelevant colors, better balance the contrast between the soft and hard materials of the whole space, and sufficient sunlight brightens the whole space, making the space more dynamic and infinitely extending the vitality of growth.
靈感: As a result of the limitation of project size, we didn't consider block type business model, but since the childhood, monomer building envelopes use impact between internal and external space, closer integration, make the whole area in as many relatively independent space, natural flow through to get people to stay in by and at the same time, feel the environment in the area and activities, offers a variety of possible to city life.
