關於 City Archipelago 城市群島計劃

《城市群島》係上海市普陀區真如副中心一幅15公頃用地嘅城市片區規劃。呢個規劃將一幅前棕地改造成集辦公、住宅同數碼創新功能於一體嘅混合片區。水域同綠地作為綠色基礎設施,有助管理暴雨洪澇,同時提升城市日常生活品質。綠色建築以疏鬆嘅佈局排列,形成一個個「島嶼」。沿城市主幹道設置嘅商業服務設施,則有效減少噪音同視覺干擾。
