- Unique Properties
- With a dual-purpose design, the dual water outlets allow for flexible switching between purified water and mineral water, easily adapting to diverse scenarios such as tea and coffee brewing, meeting the varying needs of the whole family. IOT+NFC builds a smart ecosystem, enabling all-time connectivity with touch-and-control convenience. It features a left-right partition design that clearly separates mineralized water from purified water, catering to diverse drinking needs.

- The patented calcium-magnesium golden ratio system:
Mineral water can provide approximately 25% of the recommended daily calcium intake and about 6%-17% of magnesium intake. In its study Nutrients in Drinking Water, the World Health Organization further recommends that the appropriate concentration of calcium in drinking water should be 40-80 mg/L and magnesium 20-30 mg/L, emphasizing that the ratio between the two should be maintained within a scientifically defined range.
Based on this scientific foundation, Angel introduced the all-new Golden Ratio Mineral Water Dispenser in 2025. The system simulates the natural formation mechanism of mineral water within the device. Through microporous mineral vein stones and intelligent dynamic regulation technology, it stabilizes the calcium-to-magnesium ratio in water within the golden range of 5:1, helping to better meet the long-term mineral requirements of the body. - Design Challenge
- The primary challenge of this design was to break conventional approaches and overcome product homogeneity.
The team was among the first in the industry to integrate a mineral filter into a pipeline water dispenser, enhancing both the health benefits and overall quality of daily drinking water.
To address the limitation of a single water outlet commonly found in pipeline dispensers, the project team developed an innovative dual-outlet solution for pure water and mineral water. Users can independently select the water type according to their needs: pure water is available on demand, and mineral water can be dispensed separately. This clear separation of water pathways reduces the risk of operational errors and provides a more intuitive and reassuring user experience. - Research
- Mineral water contains an appropriate amount of natural minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Its smooth texture and naturally sweet taste enhance the flavor of teas and improve the overall drinking experience.
1. Tea Flavor Enhancement
Tea Taste: Minerals reduce bitterness by neutralizing off-flavors, producing a smoother, sweeter taste for lightly fermented teas such as green, white, and floral varieties.
Aroma Release: The gentle water quality promotes fuller extraction of tea compounds, resulting in a richer aroma without overpowering or trapping fragrance.
Tea Appearance: Compared to pure water, mineral water produces a warmer, clearer tea liquor with a fuller mouthfeel, particularly suitable for black, Pu’er, and oolong teas.
Compatibility With Other Beverages: Its mildly alkaline quality enhances coffee richness and supports gentle, balanced flavors when brewing herbal teas such as goji berry, red date, or chrysanthemum.

- To enable users to enjoy healthy mineralized water anytime, Angel has developed innovative home appliance technology that integrates advanced water treatment with intelligent sensing and control. This ensures safe purification of the water source and precise mineral supplementation, delivering healthy and reliable drinking water.
- Project Duration
- The project started in November 2024 and finished in October 2025 in Shenzhen China and was available in market December 2025.
- Operation Flow
- This pipeline water dispenser introduces a mineral water function in addition to its standard pure water output. When the mineral mode is inactive, the right-side outlet dispenses pure water normally. After installing the mineral filter, pressing and holding the "Coffee + Tea" button on the left side of the display for five seconds activates the mineral mode, accompanied by an audible prompt, allowing water to be dispensed from both outlets.
The two water types are clearly distinguished through iconography. Pure water is represented by a simple abstract icon, while mineral water uses a scenario-based icon. This visual distinction helps prevent operational errors and indicates the unique quality of the mineral water.
For safety during high-temperature use, the dispenser requires a three-second press to dispense water, reducing the risk of accidental burns and improving user confidence.
Once the machine is activated, the digital display provides real-time information on water quality, filter life, and other operational conditions. Selecting a temperature mode automatically displays the corresponding temperature. Three preset dispensing volumes are provided, covering common daily water needs. The system operates efficiently with just two steps: select temperature and dispense water. - Patents
