- Production Technology
- While the Mamba 80 was being designed, it was not only design-oriented. Technically, the structural development of the system, hull design, and maximizing the maritime capability of the boat were also considered. A design suitable for equipping with an electric motor version, if desired, has emerged.
- Design Challenge
- Aluminum has buildable surfaces that limit 3-axis curvature and detailing, making aesthetic design very challenging. Therefore, it will be the most difficult part of the job not to put the design in the second plan while ensuring durability.
- Project Duration
- Mamba 80 started to be designed about 1 year ago and took its final form in 2023. The actual design implementation and manufacturing is planned to begin after the buyer decides on the options to choose from. Actual construction is expected to take about 12 months.
- Operation Flow
- Mamba 80, which offers a spacious living area to its users in its approximately 55 m2 saloon, is equipped with special workmanship, features such as 4 master cabins, 3 headcompartments, flybridge, large deck seating and sunbathing areas, solar energy panels, boat garage, bow thruster. It aims to offer a unique sea pleasure to its users by designing it according to the latest technology. With its 0.80 m draft, it provides the opportunity to approach anywhere easily.
- Research
- Being in the marine industry for a long time, what boat users expect from their boats has been researched and as a result of these researches, it has been thought what the designer and manufacturer can do. The Mamba 80 project emerged by combining all the data from engineering to the materials to be used, from the developing technology to the design.
- Inspiration
- Every journey starts with a dream. We call a dreamer's ability to shape his dream as Mamba 80. Among the superheroes, Batman draws attention with his specially designed vehicles, accessories and mystery. We brought this mysterious difference to the sea by combining technology, comfort and aesthetics, and we designed the Mamba 80, a product completely different from those produced in its class until today, and we can say that if Batman was in the sea, this could be his boat.

Grand Interview about Mamba 80 Power Catamaran
Süper kahramanlar her zaman inanılmaz derecede güçlü ve gizemli olmuştur. Mamba 80 için planımız, dış tasarımıyla bir gizem duygusu yaratmaktı. Bu başarılmazsa ve dış tasarımınız etkileyici değilse, teknik özellikler, mühendislik, iç tasarım ve işçilik gibi kriterler anlamsız hale gelir. Dolayısıyla Batman estetik, güç ve gizem açısından ilham aldığımız bir karakter oldu.
Bir konsept projeden farklı olarak, Mamba 80 projesi sadece benzersiz ve ilgi çekici değil, aynı zamanda üretilebilir. Bu nedenle, teknenin dış çizimleri, üretilebilirlik ilkeleri ve boyutları göz önünde bulundurularak çizilmiştir. Bunu başarmak için, bu tekne için teknik ve mühendislik becerileri çok önemli olduğundan, üretim uzmanlığımızdan yararlandık ve teknisyenlerimiz ve mühendislerimizle işbirliği yaptık.

Yeni üretim sistemleri, malzemeler ve daha fazlası hakkında güncel kalmanız gerekir. Bu bilgi olmadan, inşa edilebilir bir proje tasarlamak çok zordur. Bu proje için öncelikle üretim tekniklerini, kullanılan malzemeleri ve daha fazlasını analiz etmek için çok sayıda tekne üretim tesisini ziyaret ettik. Bu bilgi birikimimizi çizim becerilerimiz ve üretim kabiliyetlerimizle birleştirerek projeyi tamamladık.
Bir teknede yaşam için en önemli şeylerden biri enerjidir. Bunu da yakıt israf etmeden (jeneratör kullanarak) ve çevreyi kirletmeden sağlamak hayati önem taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle, bir proje tasarlarken ve geliştirirken doğayı unutmamalıyız. Mümkün olduğunca güneş panelleri kullanılmalıdır. Gelecek projelerimizde, mühendisliğin izin verdiği ölçüde tasarım sınırlarını zorlamayı hedefliyoruz.
Projenizin bir konsept değil, inşa edilebilir bir proje olması, hayal gücünüzü biraz zorlar. Başlangıçta daha sıradışı, daha agresif bir tasarım yarattık. Ancak, üretilebilirlik, kullanılabilirlik, performans, güvenlik ve mühendislik gibi faktörleri göz önünde bulundurarak kendimizi kısıtladık. Kapsamlı testlerden sonra projemizi tamamladık.
Mamba 80 ile tüm gereksinimleri (iç tasarım, motor seçenekleri, kabin yerleşim seçenekleri vb.) karşılayabilecek bir tasarım oluşturmayı hedefledik. Konvansiyonel tahrik şu anda en yaygın kullanılan sistemdir. Bununla birlikte, elektrikli tahrikin modern dünyada da giderek daha yaygın hale geldiğini hatırlamak önemlidir.
