አክቹሪን ኒው ዮርክ በራስ የሚተዳደር፣ ዜሮ-ተጣራ ኃይል ያለው ሥነ-ሕንፃን የሚመለከት ውስን እትም ያለው ጠንካራ ሽፋን መጽሐፍ ነው። ትልቅ መጠን ያለው ይህ ጥራዝ ከመጀመሪያው ሃሳብ ጀምሮ እስከ ተጠናቀቀው ንብረት ድረስ ያለውን የግንባታ ሂደት የሚያብራሩ 512 ገጾች የፎቶግራፎች፣ የቴክኒክ ሥዕላዊ መግለጫዎች እና ምስሎችን ይዟል። አንጸባራቂው ጥቁር ሽፋን ፋቪኒ ክላሲ ከቨርስ (Favini Classy Covers) ወረቀትን ከሙቅ ግራፋይት ፎይል ማህተም ጋር ይጠቀማል። ከ100 ቅጂዎች እያንዳንዱ የተፈረመ እና የተቆጠረ ሲሆን፣ በልዩ ትዕዛዝ በተሠራ መያዣ ወይም በፎይል ማህተም ባለው የኢቦኒ ሳጥን ውስጥ ይቀርባል። መጽሐፉ ለዘላቂ ግንባታ የሚሆኑ የምህንድስና መፍትሔዎችን ይመዘግባል።

Unique Properties: This handcrafted volume is filled with striking images producing expressive, and intricate designs. The book reveals multifaceted engineering solutions where developing new design vocabulary became essential. Hot graphite foil stamping displays handcrafted artistry on the glossy black cover by Favini Classy Covers. Only 100 limited edition books are personally signed and numbered: the custom slipcase or ebony box with hot foil stamping and fortified construction make it a collectors edition.

Production Technology: Cutting-edge inventions, designs, and engineering systems revolutionize the way we build and live. This book has illustrations, detailed explanations, and technical diagrams that chronicle the next generation of green architecture and self-sufficient building. From design concept to finished property, the building process is efficient, environmentally responsible, and sustainable. Factory-built quality, high-speed assembly, and system integration are hallmarks of this turn-key modernization.
Design Challenge: The biggest challenge for this project was collecting, formatting, and processing the information for this complex house, including engineering developments, patents, and inventions. All the book content, including photos, visualizations, texts, diagrams, and illustrations, was created from scratch by a team from five different countries. Only one printing house agreed to produce this oversized, handcrafted book.
Research: The objective was to create self-sufficient building technology and publish the results. The research broadened into an analysis of the net-zero energy building market and the possibility of entering the global market. Development and prototyping of the houses using three-dimensional information models of all the engineering systems and equipment were completed. For over 5 years, a highly qualified team has been formed, and patents and copyrights were obtained for intellectual property.
Inspiration: The pen is said to be mightier than the sword - meaning communicating ideas is powerful. Writing engages people, inspires imagination, and leaves traces in their lives. When remarkable ideas challenge tradition, they leave a mark on society in a way that commands respect. This oversize book feels heavy, like the weighing crisis of global warming. The imposing size reflects the profound responsibility of the project.
Project Duration: The project started in November 2019 and was completed in December 2020 in New York City, USA.
Operation Flow: Metaphoric representation of the eco-friendly, sustainable building materials are beautifully paired with illustrations from nature and described.
