About Hbn Ambalaža za njegu kože

Hbn je kolekcija ambalaže za proizvode za njegu kože protiv starenja i posvjetljivanje tena. Dizajn je inspirisan vintage laboratorijskim posudama, a koristi smeđe staklo otporno na svjetlost zajedno sa prozirnim PETG i PP materijalima koji se mogu reciklirati. Bočica Luminous Water ima mehanizam za dvostruko doziranje, za svakodnevnu upotrebu i za maske. Teglica noćne kreme Night Cream kombinuje vakuumsku bočicu sa zakrivljenom špatulom kako bi se spriječila kontaminacija i rasipanje proizvoda. Pumpica sa utegom omogućava kontrolisano doziranje mlijeka Essence Milk. Polumat i sjajne završne obrade primijenjene su bez premaza ili metalnih dekoracija.

Unique Properties: The HBN Anti Aging Brightening Collection, a packaging upgrade rooted in the scientific skincare philosophy of the brand, integrates active ingredient preservation and user experience optimization. Inspired by vintage laboratory vessels, it uses light protective brown materials and functional structures such as dual dose dispensing, vacuum bottles, and a spatula platform to ensure formula stability and scenario adaptability, meeting dual expectations of consumers for efficacy and aesthetics.

Production Technology: The bottle uses highly transparent PETG and PP composite recyclable materials; brown light-resistant glass prevents photodegradation. The pump is a weighted composite assembly for precise dispensing. Semi-matte and glossy finishes distinguish product characteristics, with no coatings or metallic decorations to emphasize eco-friendliness and texture.
Design Challenge: The core challenge lay in realizing the dual-dose dispensing structure: the Droplet Mode required clearly separated drops, while the Stream Mode demanded a consistent, uninterrupted flow. This necessitated a precise balance between fluid viscosity, nozzle size, and internal sealing. Through repeated testing and structural refinement, a reliable experience was achieved with clear mode switching and zero leakage.
Research: The research focused on ingredient preservation and user pain points. Through material testing, structural innovation, and user surveys, a functional packaging system that offers light protection, freshness retention, contamination prevention, and scenario adaptability was developed, responding to trends in rational consumption and aesthetic evolution.
Inspiration: The design draws inspiration from vintage laboratory vessels and scientific instruments such as medicine bottles, light-proof jars, and observation windows. It translates the rational aesthetics of lab equipment into skincare packaging, conveying professional trust while adding warmth and ritual through curved lines and material details.
Project Duration: The project was completed in Shenzhen, China in 2025.
Operation Flow: The Luminous Water features a dual dose mechanism for daily and masking use. The Night Cream combines a vacuum bottle with an arched scraper to prevent contamination and waste. The weighted pump of the Essence Milk offers controlled dosing, and the semi transparent bottle allows easy residue check, enhancing usability and hygiene.
