About Changle Envasos de licors

Changle és un disseny d'envàs per a un vi tònic xinès. La capsa exterior està fabricada amb cartró ondulat i es pot plegar plana per al transport, per després muntar-se ràpidament a la planta d'embotellat. Plegar la capsa estalvia espai i costos d'enviament. Els gràfics mostren un arbre de fulla perenne que creix cap amunt i cap enfora, juntament amb una plataforma de Ganoderma, una grua i les muntanyes de Nanshan. També s'hi inclouen longan, dàtil xinès (medlar) i angèlica dahurica. S'utilitzen colors retro suaus. La capsa fa 100 per 100 per 270 mil·límetres i conté una ampolla de 500 mil·lilitres.

Unique Properties: Changle is the health wine product of Maotai health wine factory under Maotai Group. The appearance of the product fills the gap of Maotai health wine in the middle price.

Production Technology: The outer packaging of the products is mainly made of corrugated paper. The box can be integrated and folded for transportation.
Design Challenge: Previously, the design of wine box in the market was mostly assembled in the printing factory, and then sent to the winery for filling and packaging, which greatly wasted the transportation space. In this case, how to save space and quickly assemble the box is a major challenge. If we want to fold the box for transportation and ensure the packaging effect, we must perfect all the details. Therefore, the box structure follows the industry guidelines so that the product can be produced aesthetically and repeatedly.
Research: Health wine is a unique wine variety in China, which is the derivative of people's pursuit of health and longevity. How to distinguish from other health wine products and continue the design style of Maotai liquor is the focus of our research.
Inspiration: The design demand is to make a mid end Baijiu to fill the gap of Moutai group health wine at the middle end price. In the long history of 5000 years in China, people's pursuit of "longevity" has never stopped. Health wine has the effect of strengthening the body. Therefore, in the design, the concept of longevity is integrated, and the unique Chinese Ganoderma lucidum platform, crane and Nanshan are integrated into the picture. The whole picture is mainly light retro color.
Project Duration: The project done within 1 months in Shenzhen.
Operation Flow: Longevity is people's upward pursuit, so the main design takes the evergreen tree as the main trunk, growing around and pulling up, showing people's pursuit of longevity, longevity and health, and the pursuit of not giving up. The unique Chinese Ganoderma lucidum platform, crane, Nanshan and so on are integrated into the picture, and the unique products of health care materials: longan, medlar, Angelica dahurica are also interspersed in the whole picture The design is different from other similar products, which instills Changle's positive concept into consumers.
