About The Hub Segakasutusega turismiarendus
The Hub on segakasutusega arendusprojekt, mis on loodud turismi tarbeks Healesville'is, Victorias, Austraalias. Projekt ühendab endas ajaloolise turu, gastronoomiakeskuse, õlletehase, hotelli, restorani ja peokeskuse. Jalakäijate teekond ühendab kõiki kasutusfunktsioone üle kuue aakri suuruse krundi. Hooned astuvad allapoole vastavalt maastiku reljeefile ning looduslikud materjalid seovad arenduse ümbritseva maastikuga. Disainikontseptsioon toob välisruumi sisemusse ning avab ala jalutavatele külastajatele. Eesmärk on toetada kohalikku turismi, säilitades samal ajal naabruskonna omapära.

- using the nature of the site and location inspired us to open up the design and engage pedestrian. however, materials used will reflect the connection of the project with the surrounding and add more value with using earth materials

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
