About Bow Tie Carbhat Cuachóige
Is oiriúint inchaite é Carbhat Cuachóige atá déanta as gaineamhchloch. Déanann struchtúr an Charbhait Chuachóige aithris ar fhoirmiú nádúrtha carraige agus tá sé spreagtha ag foirmíochtaí gaineamhchloiche Phárthas na Boihéime i bPoblacht na Seice. Comhcheanglaíonn an táirgeadh sceitseáil, samhaltú tríthoiseach, priontáil thríthoiseach, meilt CNC agus lámhoibriú. Críochnaítear gach píosa de láimh, agus mar sin bíonn gach oiriúint uathúil. Tá an mhír 114 x 58 x 20 milliméadar ar mhéid agus tá sé daingean ach éadrom. Feileann banda insocraithe réamhcheangailte do bheagnach aon mhuineál. Is féidir méid, dath agus pacáistiú a shaincheapadh, agus tá pacáistiú lámhdhéanta san áireamh.

- Tags
- sandstone, sculpture, rock formation, bow tie, accessory, custom
- Production Technology
- Production includes sketching, 3d modeling, 3d printing, CNC milling, handicraft, and finishing. Also including colorization and lamp production.
- Design Challenge
- Inventing the technological process, so the sculpture was firm to the required shape and still with the original artwork reminiscent of rock formations.
- Research
- The research behind this object was to develop an innovative process to create well-balanced art resembling the inspiration from the Bohemian Paradise rock formations while the end product was sturdy but a lightweight. Also, a lot of research went into the finishing and possible customizations such as size, color, and hand-made packaging.
- Inspiration
- The exclusive structure of the Yakobium sandstone bow tie is inspired by Bohemian Paradise in the Czech Republic and its unique rock formations. Since the site and the rock formations are marked as national heritage, crafting an object of this unique piece of nature is out of the question. So, with our unique technological process, everyone can enjoy the unique structures without harming nature. The inspiration comes from visits to the national heritage site.
- Project Duration
- The project started in 2012 with a sandstone illuminated sculpture prototype. In 2019, a special edition of bow ties has been created to make a wearable product to be accessible to masses.
- Operation Flow
- The bow tie sculpture can be worn like any other bow tie on the market. It has an adjustable, pre-tied band that fits almost any neck. It has an awesome nature-like feeling in touch. The small sand particles do shine and reflect light.
