About Track Príomhfheidhm: Sraith Soithí Boird

Téacs an Leabhair: Is sraith soithí boird ceirmeacha í Track a chuimsíonn pláitíní, cupáin agus soithí bláthanna. Tá na cruthanna simplí agus tá na dathanna geal. Casann dromchlaí bána trasna gach píosa cosúil le sioc agus sneachta ag sleamhnú, agus déanann an struchtúr atá ag ardú agus ag titim na imlínte níos soiléire. Táirgtear an tsraith trí theilgean múnla ceirmeach agus loistear í ag 1250 céim Celsius. Tacaítear le cruthanna a dhéanann díchruthú go héasca le halúmana le linn loistithe ag teocht ard, agus ansin glónraítear agus loistear arís iad. Fanann an dearadh ciúin agus measartha, ionas gur ar an mbia a fhanann fócas an bhéile.

Production Technology
The work is made of ceramic mould casting technique. Fired to 1250℃.
Design Challenge
The main difficulty in the development of the project was the deformation of the ceramic material. In solving this, I used a high temperature firing and low temperature glaze firing method for extremely deformable forms. The pieces are brazed with alumina during the high temperature firing process and then glazed for a third firing after shaping.
Research
Type of research: applied research, Research Objectives: tableware, Methodology: computer-aided design, Data collection: market research and questionnaires, Experiment: perception of the use of the piece, Results: the design in its shape makes the consumer more eager to buy and the meal experience becomes relaxed and enjoyable.
Inspiration
Dining times are often warm and beautiful, and a pleasant set of tableware can make the real thing more delicious. Tableware is the coat of food, so tableware design should not be noisy, but should be quiet and modest.
Project Duration
Started in June 2022 and finished in August.
Operation Flow
The work serves everyday life and is an expression of refined living and joie de vivre.
