About The Hub Desenvolvemento Turístico de Uso Mixto
O Hub é un desenvolvemento de uso mixto deseñado para o turismo en Healesville, Victoria, Australia. O proxecto combina un mercado patrimonial, un centro epicúreo, unha cervexaría, un hotel, un restaurante e un centro de eventos. Unha conexión peonil une todos os usos ao longo do sitio de seis acres. Os edificios descenden en chanzos seguindo a topografía, e os materiais térreos relacionan o desenvolvemento coa paisaxe circundante. O concepto de deseño trae o exterior cara ao interior e abre o sitio aos visitantes a pé. A intención é apoiar o turismo local mantendo o carácter do barrio.

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
