About Petals Aikin Farko: Fakitin Magani

Rubutun Littafi: Petals shine wani fakitin magani mai amfani iri-iri wanda aka tsara don tsofaffi masu amfani. Fasalinsa ya ginu bisa siffar fure mai furanni bakwai (petals), kuma kowace furanni tana ɗauke da adadin maganin da za a sha a rana ɗaya. Kowace furanni na ɗauke da lamba da aka buga a kanta don taimakawa wajen ganewa. Layin sassaka a tsakiyar faifai yana bawa mai amfani damar cire hakki guda. Karya furanni yana yayyaga fim ɗin (foil) tare da lalata wani sashe na lambar, wanda ke nuna cewa akwai wani hakki da za a sha a wannan rana. Tsakiyar bayyananniyar sashe wata farfashiyar roba ce mai lanƙwasa (convex plastic sheet) cike da ruwa, wanda hakan yana bawa tsakiyar damar aiki kamar madubin ƴaƴanta don taimakawa wajen karanta umarnin amfani.

Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Unique Properties: This is a drug package designed for the old man.The packaging using seven petals modelling design, each petals corresponding to a day's dosage of separate, and there is a corresponding number markers, It is convenient for old people to identify .The disc in the middle set the cutting line to facilitate easy access single pill.When breaking the petals the part of the foil will be torn at the same time, and the number also be destroyed in the middle of the figures, Destruction of Numbers suggest the old man to take another medicine today.In the middle of the transparent part is convex type of plastic,in the transparent plastic filled with water,it has the function of magnifying glass convenient for old people to read the instruction .
Dimensions & Packaging: The size of the packaging is 100mm x 100 mm x 100 mm .Using tin foil and plastic material, and the existing pharmaceutical packaging material the same. The middle of the transparent part of the plastic wrapped with transparent liquid material, has a good light transmission,Using optical principles to make it has a magnifying glass function, user-friendly to read the use of books, while reducing manufacturing costs, ring design to maximize the use of space.

Production Technology: Middle transparent part adopts convex type thin plastic sheet, middle seal water, form a magnifier function at the same time saving plastic material, green environmental protection.Peripheral part adopts now generic drug packaging materials such as plastic and foil, mature technology, the cost is easy to control,ang it is very cheap.
Design Challenge: For the old man, to break the traditional form of particles in the packing of the drugs and use that for drugs in the elderly is easy to identify, easy to take, the innovative use of water transparency, fusion function of magnifying glass, make old people don't use the small text on the external tool can directly read the instructions.Difficulty is in the middle of the zoom function part of the actual sealing and circular modelling for certain waste of space.

Inspiration: This is a drug package designed for the old man.The shapeof the design is inspired by flowers,and the motive is I want to help my grandfather to take medicine more convenient. The old man due to age and body, hand function degradation, their fingers is flexible, hard to tear tin foil and taking drugs;Can't see the instructions because of eyes degradation and presbyopia;Memory degradation,always forget whether to take any medicine or how many pills to take, etc.So I want to design a drug packaging, on the premise of not to raise the cost of production, to facilitate the old man to use.
Project Duration: Projektdauer is 3 weeks.The project started in February 2017 in Wuhan University of Technologyand finished in march 2017 in Wuhan University of Technology.
Operation Flow: when once two grains be taken，direct break a disc and the foil also will be torn, when Taking a single grain, from the cutting line broken, number will be destroyed at the same time, reminding still need take one more pill today.When you need to read the instructions information, the middle of the transparent part can be used directly as a magnifying glass.
