The functional demands outside the meeting room are satisfied by the touch screen and front camera, and the color information transfer in actual scenes is highlighted by the side light bar.

Ambient sensors are first mounted to improve the collection of environmental data, and we can understand users’ demands based on their using behavior and data measurement. Then, the system is established in the whole enterprise, laying the foundation for user experience improvement.
Hoʻoulu Manaʻo: The meeting space is exposed to complex problems such as reservation, equipment and environment. The key to creating friendly environment rests in ensuring the privacy of meeting information as well as the good, intelligent and convenient use of the space. The intelligent meeting space is established based on transparent space use, intuitive information and friendly environment.
