Therefore, the research challenge is balancing energy efficiency and minimizing consumables and weight without sacrificing quality.
Kev Tshawb Fawb: On the premise of pursuing high quality for design and production, 15 experiments were conducted between the fineness of 0.05 and 0.1 to achieve a balance between precision and the best energy efficiency. This design uses non-uniform thickness hollow-out technology and 3D printing technology. According to different stress positions, the corresponding hollow thickness is emphasized, which significantly improves the qualified rate of finished products, and at the same time, minimizes consumables to achieve the best balance of refinement, weight, and quality.
