- The product offers cooling, heating, and alternating modes. The heating mode at 38 to 40 degrees Celsius opens pores, boosts blood circulation, and relaxes ciliary muscles. The cooling mode at 17 to 20 degrees Celsius relieves puffiness and constricts blood vessels. High frequency vibration of 15,000 rpm enhances ingredient absorption and relaxes eye muscles without tugging on the delicate skin.
