About Temptress Moon Video Musik

Temptress Moon adalah video musik animasi yang dibuat untuk sebuah lagu tentang bagaimana orang bereaksi di masa-masa sulit. Video ini menampilkan dunia yang kacau, tempat orang-orang dengan beragam bentuk saling terhubung, menari, dan menguatkan satu sama lain. Tekstur yang kasar dan berani mengekspresikan masa yang keras, sementara warna-warna kuat dan cerah membawa energi positif. Animasi ini diproduksi menggunakan Adobe After Effects dan Photoshop. Lapisan tiga dimensi serta sebuah plugin digunakan untuk menciptakan kesan ruang. Video ini berjalan pada 25 frame per detik dalam format 1920 kali 1080. Tujuannya adalah membangkitkan semangat penonton dan mendukung keseimbangan dalam hidup.

Unique Properties: The music video is for delivering the message of the song, which is about how people react when facing difficult time.
When the world is in turbulent chaos, people of different shapes connect each other to gain power and joyfulness. And hence, people are rejuvenated and gain back strength to fight against difficulties and enjoy themselves in the harsh time. To get a balance in life.

Production Technology: Adobe After Effects
Photoshop
Design Challenge: In the music video, raw and bold textures were used to get the feeling of harsh time. Positive energy represented by strong and bright color. People of different shapes danced and connected.
Research: The animation was created by Aftereffects. 3D layers and the plugin "Trapcode" in Aftereffects were used to give more sense of space. It is quite a challenge to do similar effects without using 3D softwares.
Inspiration: The video was inspired by the depressing situation of our world faced throughout these years. In the face of such daunting atmosphere, for example the Covid-19 pandemic, the climate emergency, the struggle between political stands, humanitarian crises, people are tired and felt dejected.
Uplifting animation may help sending out positive energy to the audience.
Project Duration: The project started in Feb 2022 and finished in March 2022.
The video launched on youtube and TV stations on 14 March 2022.
Operation Flow: The video was made in uplifting tone and hence aimed to rejuvenate people who facing difficult times. People could get the positive vibe when watching the video.
