Overcoming the inherent tension between unfiltered medical truth and empathetic design was difficult. We needed to integrate extensive existing content while creating a modern, accessible interface tested our design methodology. Striking the right visual tone, avoiding overly clinical imagery, while maintaining informative value and trust, was the most complex hurdle.
