Feicui City Lower Stacked モデルルーム（分譲住宅）インテリアについて

翡翠城ロウワースタックドは、四川省眉山市に位置するモデルルームのインテリアである。設計対象は3つのフロアにわたり、1階の天井高は3300mm、2階は3000mm、地下は5200mmとなっている。既存の閉鎖的な階段を撤去し、3層すべてを一体につなぐオープン階段として再構築した。床スラブと透かし彫りの開口部により、天井高のある地下空間を複数の用途エリアに分節している。天井や壁の一部に設けた鏡が視覚的な広がりを生み出す。石材が背景壁とダイニングテーブルを構成し、人工植物がグリーンウォールを形づくっている。

独自の特性: The basement floor adopted floor slabs to form an indoor multiple space. At the same time, the basement floor has many hollow-carved designs to solve the storey height problem. The top and walls are partially designed with mirror surfaces to extend the interior space.
寸法とパッケージ: It has 3 floors, the height of first floor is 3300MM, the second floor is 3000MM, and the basement is 5200MM.

製造技術: We use a large area of rock materials as the background wall, dining tables and other areas instead of traditional stone materials. The indoor is decorated with high-simulation green plants as the green wall to make the basement floor full of vitality.
デザインの課題: The challenges were the 3-storey space and the high basement, how to efficiently use the space and make customers feel free in the space.
As a result, the original relatively closed staircase was demolished and rebuilt into a more open staircase. The staircase connect to the entire 3-storey space to integrate them as a whole, and the staircase also became the highlight of the entire space design. To set up a floorslab in the mezzanine enriches the functional settings, while the top and wall mirrors settings are used to solve the problem of space vision.

The original building was a foreign-style house with duplex apartment structure.
インスピレーション: Small house manifests large space, and creates a modern lifestyle.
