About Tang Chao Fungsi Utama: Kemasan Teh Lelungan

Tang Chao yaiku desain kemasan kanggo teh lelungan. Kothak cilik pesagi iki ngemot bata teh ing wangun ringkes sing cocok kanggo lelungan. Kothak iki digawe nganggo struktur pathok lan lubang (tenon lan mortise), mula ora perlu lem. Pring digunakake kanggo kothak, dene kertas kraft digunakake kanggo kemasan njaba, sing njaga regane murah lan ndhukung asil sing ramah lingkungan. Gelang cincin lan tali ngidini kothak bisa digantung, dicekel, utawa digawa. Pojok sing mbunder uga bisa nyuwek area refleks ing tangan, praktik sing dijupuk saka pengobatan tradisional Tionghoa. Kothak iki bisa dienggo maneh.

Unique Properties: 1.Small square tea box with large capacity for tea bricks, which meets the miniaturization requirement of travel tea packaging.
2.Tenon-and-mortise structure, no glue, low-cost bamboo, environmentally friendly.
3.The design of ring buckle and lanyard can meet the needs of various travel scenarios such as hanging, grasping, and carrying.
4.The rounded corners of the bamboo box also have the function of stimulating the hand reflection area (Acupoints) in the traditional Chinese medical culture.

Design Challenge: 1.The tenon-and-mortise structure of the tea box is one of its unique innovations. Such a structure does not require any glue bonding and is very environmentally friendly.
2.This design combines the health of acupuncture points in traditional Chinese medicine. The tea box can be used as a traditional Chinese medicine point massage device, which can stimulate the acupoints in the reflection area of the hand and promote blood circulation.
Research: Research Type: Product Development and Theoretical Research
Research goal: Create a green packaging for travel tea
Research methods: design creativity, cultural heritage, physical development
Realistic impact: New ideas for packaging design of travel tea, combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint research, added health functions to packaging design and inherited traditional culture.
Inspiration: 1. People's need for tea boxes during travel
2. Inspired by the traditional Chinese medical culture, stimulating the hand reflection area (acupoints) is beneficial to physical and mental health.
3. The packaging structure innovation brought by the traditional tenon-and-mortise structure of China

Project Duration: The project finished in November 2019 in Shenzhen, China
Operation Flow: Combined with the design of ring buckle and lanyard, it can meet the needs of various travel scenarios such as hanging, grasping, and carrying. The design is reusable, convenient for living, and environmentally friendly.
