- One of the biggest challenges was navigating the limited openness of the firm’s owners toward change. While they accepted certain ideas, they were hesitant about others, particularly those embracing modern workspace dynamics. Convincing them required extensive research-backed arguments, demonstrating how a multifunctional office enhances productivity and well-being. Overcoming their skepticism and securing approval for progressive design choices was a key hurdle in the project.
