CNC 머시닝 센터는 금속 가공을 위한 컴퓨터 수치 제어 공작기계입니다. 밀링, 보링, 드릴링, 태핑 및 나사 절삭이 하나의 장비에 통합되어 있어 단일 기계로 다양한 생산 요구를 충족합니다. 공구 매거진에는 여러 종류의 절삭 공구와 검사 공구가 수납되며, 가공 중 프로그램에 의해 자동으로 선택되고 교환됩니다. 본체는 2090 × 3435 × 2678밀리미터 크기이며 금속으로 제작되었습니다. 그 형태는 인체공학적 요구 조건을 충족하는 동시에 정밀함과 기술력을 표현하고자 하였습니다.

Unique Properties: Computer numerical control machining center concentrates the functions of milling, boring, drilling, tapping and cutting threads on one device, so that it has a variety of technological means. The machining center is equipped with a tool magazine, which stores different numbers of various tools or inspection tools, which are automatically selected and replaced by the program during the machining process.

Research: The design of computer numerical control machining center aims to reflect the high-end, precision and sense of science and technology of the machine tools, and at the same time should meet the most basic human-machine function requirements of the product, as well as the requirements of the structure and function of each part. The whole product is made of metal. The special processing technology requires an in-depth understanding of the shape of the material in the design.
Inspiration: Computer numerical control machining center is a kind of machining machine with more functions. Through the design of the Computer numerical control machining center, we make it more concise and easy to use, saving a lot of time and cost for the development and upgrading of new products, so that the company has strong competitiveness.

Operation Flow: The machining center is equipped with a tool magazine, which stores different numbers of various tools or inspection tools, which are automatically selected and replaced by the program during the processing. This is the main difference between it and computer numerical control milling machine and Computer numerical control boring machine. Especially for work pieces that must use tooling and machine equipment to ensure product quality and efficiency. This will save a lot of time and cost for the development and modification of new products.
